With spectacular views of Lake Okanagan, this winery is nestled into a steep hill surrounded by Home Block Vineyard and Restaurant. It was the perfect place to take my girlfriends for lunch when they were visiting me in Kelowna. @CedarCreekWine

Food Porn coming at you. Walking away from a class with food is the best thing ever. Building a charcuterie board is NOT just about throwing a bunch of stuff on a board. I blame my parents
What if our brains required activation? Instead of the constant activate state that it is. What I mean is that we don’t actually have to turn it on and off. If we had to actually switch it on in the morning and turn it off at night…would we still experience the auto pilot state?
