This board building workshop was held @ Sperling Vineyard. The owner of the event put on by TJ’s Grazing was such a blast. She was funny and entertaining and made this event the most fun.

Building a charcuterie board is NOT just about throwing a bunch of stuff on a board. Believe it not there is strategy to the placement, the height, the edging. It was a lot of fun and I would totally take this class again.

She hosts her events at several different venues so you can mix it up. At the end of the class you walk away with your personal board and a beautifully crafted board complete with high quality, fresh local ingredients.

Everything came included in the ticket from the board I build on to all the supplies and food needs to create and fill the board. The class also includes a tasting at the beginning to start and then is followed with a glass of your favourite from the tasting while building your board!

I found this event on Eventbrite. I highly recommend this for a fun girls night. Or a date even, men love food no? So why not!
