Canada’s Wine Country
Laid Back Beach Vibes with Sophistication
Kelowna is a city on Okanagan Lake in the Okanagan Valley in the southern interior of British Columbia, Canada. It is the perfect example of a big little city. The epitome of Big City Energy but Small Town vibes.
Kelowna has it’s fair share of seasonal wildfires, that’s for sure and they are no joke. But aside from a smoky day here and there, Kelowna’s climate is classified as Inland Oceanic climate…which means the winters are snowy but mild and the summers are epic. Paving the way for Kelowna and the surrounding areas, known as the Okanagan, are a breeding ground for grapes making it a wine making mecca.
In summer, boating, golf, hiking and biking are all endless possibilities, and in winter, both anything in the snow is at your fingertips in the nearby ski resorts, Big White and Silver Star. Tourism in the Greater Kelowna Area is over a $1-billion a year industry.

If Summer is baked right into the name, does that mean is always summer in Summerland? Summerland is without a doubt a four seasons playground.

FleuRiching in the Okanagan
It was fated from the beginning for me to find my way to this workshop. We should all strive to have a little Nature Therapy in our lives any way we can get it. Thank you @fleurichcreations

Food Porn coming at you. Walking away from a class with food is the best thing ever. Building a charcuterie board is NOT just about throwing a bunch of stuff on a board. Believe it not there is strategy to the placement, the height, the edging. It was a lot of fun and I would totally take this class again.Ā Now you Know! @tjsgrazing @sperlingvineyards
