Some suggestions to fill my time
I haven’t tried everything on this list and I am not sure that I will have enough time. However, the ones with the 5 stars are the ones I have tried and have given my stamp of approval of a must do activity. Of course, I always start with the free tours and in case you need an idea of a decent tip…If your guide was great then I suggest $20 – $40 or more. Most free tours are 2 hours long so considering the tips are where their income comes from…if you enjoyed it, be generous..

The only self-guided audio tours I could find in Panama was with a free app that I downloaded called “Live Walk PTY”. Here are some of the self-guided tours they offer currently, but they have a huge inventory of self-guided walking tours that will be available in many other cities in Panama.
