AĀ Classical Concert in a Basilica

Who wouldn’t want to go to a Christmassy Classical concert in a Basilica in Budapest? AND with VIP Seating…because it’s worth it.

It’s just a regular Sunday night classical concert in St. Stephen’s Basilica in Budapest. Budapest is so rich with performance arts, there is always something spectacular happening, Pipe Organ Concerts, Symphonies, Choirs, theatre, Ballet, Puppet Shows, they literally have it all at your finger tips.Ā

I was so blessed to arrive just after Christmas so I was able to still experience the lingering’s of the Yuletide fever.Ā  I felt so incredibly lucky to have experienced this super intimate concert in such a beautiful venue. It felt like it was a private concert. ā¤ā¤ā¤ I am sure I was over zealous with my applauding but it was so penetrating, the talent that was on stage and of course the venue was such a perfect place for such a performance. From the moment I walked into the Basilica, I could feel everything to my core. I knew I was about to experience something very special.Ā Ā

You are Canadian

Funny Story

As I was leaving, I said thank you to the people at the exit and their reply was: “You are Canadian”. LOL. A Thank you goes a long way…just saying.

If you ever visit Budapest in the winter, I can say that you will not be bored.Ā  At this time of year, Budapest was enveloped in a festive feeling as the holiday vibe still resonated across the city, with an abundance of entertaining cultural activities enhanced by the festive spirit in Hungary’s capital. From classic concerts at the cityā€™s major music halls to spectacular theater plays with breathtaking backdrops to merry musical extravaganzas by globally famed Gospel choirs.Ā
